You will need to use an FTP Client. Many WYSIWYG editors (Dreamweaver, Frontpage, etc.) include FTP API's to ftp directly from the web design software interface. However the COE webmaster would highly suggest that you use Secure FTP, which Frontpage does not support. Because of this if you wish to use Secure FTP you will need to install an FTP client.
