Use the report to look at the GE courses you have completed. Bring your GE Checklist. If you don't have one, print one out, do your best to fill it in and we will complete it during the appointment. Print out a Planning Sheet and fill in the courses you are currently taking. We'll fill in the rest when you come. Download a Change of Major form from the Registrar. Fill out the form and take it along with an unofficial copy of your transcripts to your desired major department to obtain the needed signatures. Leave a copy of the form with your new department, along with your contact information Take the completed and signed Change of Major form to the "R" (Registrar) counter at the Student Services Center.
