Evening with SWE is a unique opportunity to interact and network with industry professionals. It is a great way to find out about summer internships as you have a chance to talk directly to the company representative! It will be held on Monday, April 14th, 2008 @ 6pm in the University Room (near Market Cafe) on campus.

Tickets go on sale 4/1/2008!
SWE Members - $10
Non-member - $20

The last day to buy tickets is April 9th, so make sure you purchase your tickets by then! Come by the SWE room to purchase tickets from any SWE Officer.Once you get your ticket, information about online registration will be provided. You can select the top three companies you would like to be seated with, your meal preference and upload your resume so we can include it in the Resume CD. Please make sure you complete the online registration so we have your name in our list. Thanks!

UPCOMING EVENTS

WEDNESDAY, MARCH 19th:
12:00-1:30pm in ENG 285/287:
Pizza with Dean Wei. The topics for this student forum will include an update on the state of the college, such as student advising and new programs. The college would also like to get your feedback on how we can improve our learning experience. And, of course, pizza will be provided.

12-4pm Umunhum Rm, Student Union:
Hewlett Packard will be on campus to talk to students about their career and internship opportunities. Remember to bring copies of your resumes and dress business casual to this event!

Yahoo! will hold an demo session on one of their coolest mobile products - Yahoo! oneSearch. Stop by for some pizza and chat with former interns about great internship and full time opportunities Yahoo! has to offer.

Our Movie Night social event in the SWE clubroom (ENG 344). We'll be watching Enchanted and there may be Wii games and popcorn involved as well....=] feel free to stop by whenever you can so we can start enjoying our Spring Break early!!!

General Meeting in the clubroom, BD Bioscience will be present to talk about summer job opportunities!! So make sure to stop by and find out more about getting a summer job.

Our community outreach event will be on April 5th, with shifts starting 7am-4pm. We will be volunteering for the Bay Area Science Olympiad! Forms are available here. The schedule is also available here.

MONDAY, APRIL 14th
Evening with SWE, our highly anticipated spring event is set for Monday, April 14th at 6:00pm . We will have more information for you as soon as our details become concrete. Tickets will go on sale starting March 26th, members will pay $10 and non-members $20 for the three-course meal and face time with a company. SWE will keep you updated on this event, in the mean time, make sure to have your resume ready for the employer resume cd!
