The goal of this project was to adapt the work of other researchers to improve the delivery of electronics lecture and laboratory content for Tech 167 “Control Systems” in the Electronics & Computer Technology area of the BS in Industrial Technology at San Jose State University. The five objectives were: Revise the lecture and laboratory content incorporating LabVIEW and Multisim; Develop multimedia lecture materials using WebCT; Revise the laboratory activities to integrate an electronics kit so that students can complete ten laboratory exercises; and adapt the curriculum materials in line with research on learning styles of women and minority students.
