If you can not attend any of the community serives above, you are responsible for finding your own. You MUST have a signed form saying what event you attended, date and time in order for it to count. If you have any question, feel free to email @pitausigma.sjsu@gmail.com

Reminder: To maintain active membership, you must perform one community service. Please show signed proof that you attended in order to receive credit.
