CRB Consulting Engineers

We are interested in finding one or two students interested in HVAC and utility systems to join our local office and work with a Senior Mechanical Engineer. The position(s) are part time to allow the student(s) to continue to focus on course work but gain valuable engineering experience.

CRB Consulting Engineers is a nationwide engineering firm that specializes in engineering and design of pharmaceutical and biotechnology manufacturing and research facilities. Visit our website www.crbusa.com for additional insight to CRB.

Student(s) working with our Senior Mechanical Engineer will gain design experience in hydronic systems such as chilled water, plant steam, and high purity water and steam systems, also HVAC systems for Grade (B-D) clean room environments. Students(s) will gain knowledge in designing and specifying equipment such as boilers, steam generators, chillers, cooling towers, air compressors, air handlers, exhaust fans, hydronic pumps. They will also have the opportunity to work with our other in-house disciplines such as Architects, Chemical/Process Engineers, Electrical Engineers, and Instrumentation and Controls Engineers.

Our San Jose office is located on Santa Clara St. between 2nd and 3rd, only 3 blocks from the university. We currently have several exciting biotechnology jobs in progress throughout the Bay Area and California . The ideal candidate will be enrolled in the Mechanical Engineering program, have some level of experience in AutoCAD drafting, be highly motivated and willing to work part time while maintaining their current involvement in course work studies; as we all know college comes first. This is a also a well paid position unlike some of the other opportunities students come across. Students nearing graduation may also submit their resume to be considered  for a  full time position.

Students should not submit their resume on the CRB website. Students should instead email their resume directly to me at the email address below. If students have any questions regarding the positions they may also contact me directly at the phone number below.  Qualified candidates will be contacted by CRB to follow up with in person.

Best Regards,
