Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing

In conjunction with Multi Metrics, Inc ., the SJSU Department of Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering is pleased to offer training in and short-courses on Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T).

GD&T is of vital importance to everyone involved in the design, manufacturing, and quality assurance functions. It provides the only practical approach that can adequately control the geometry of real objects. If you are not using GD&T on your drawings, then you are not controlling the geometry of your parts! By taking our courses, you will not only learn how to get control of the geometry of your parts, but also how to design them to be more fault tolerant in manufacture and end use. If you are using GD&T, but you would like to understand how to apply it more effectively, our courses will get you there too! If
you are interested in earning ASME GDTP certification, our courses will give you fundamental GD&T concepts, which will help you understand the Y14.5M standard as you prepare for the exam.

We have been offering a full-range of training courses for GD&T since 1999, and since then have trained well over 300 industry professionals. Some of the companies represented in these numbers include, HP, Agilent, Applied Materials, Electroglas, Lam Research, Western Digital, Adaptec,
Northrop-Grumman, Lockheed, and Plantronics to name a few.

Don't miss the next opportunity to learn about GD&T. We have another series of short courses on Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing coming up at the end of June (6/23 - 6/25/08). Students
get a great deal on the price of the course.
