Description

Object-oriented data organization and representation as strings, arrays, stacks, queues, dequeues, lists, sets, trees, tables, and graphs. Sorting and searching and algorithm design and performance analysis. Testing methods and data will be discussed. Prerequisite: CMPE 101 (with grade of "CR") or CMPE 50 (with grade of "C" or better), ENGR 10.

Student Linux/UNIX Account Registration Instructions

  1. If you already know your user/login name and password, then there is nothing you need to do. You will be able to log into the Linux computers in Engr206 shortly after the start of the semester.
  2. If you do not know or have either a user/loing name or password, then go to https://unix.engr.sjsu.edu/wiki/doku.php
  3. If you already know your COE/CmpE/SE Linux account name AND you wish to set your password then just fill in the appropriate info under the "Change Your Settings/Login ."
  4. If you do not know (or have) your account/login name and password, then fill in the appropriate info under the "Reset Your Password" section and fill in the appropriate fields. Submit your info and you will receive an email with a user/login name and passsword.
  5. Click on the FAQ link at the bottom of the web page if you have any questions.
  6. For instructionson how to connect to the CmpE LInux/UNIX computers in Engr206 go to https://unix.engr.sjsu.edu/wiki/doku.php#remote_access_to_unix_servers_via_vnc and simply follow the instructions.
