Founded (in 1992) and first Director of this interdisciplinary effort to merge University, Industry, and rehabilitative organizations through an SJSU institute. Produced ErgoCon'95, the first Silicon Valley Ergonomics Conference and Exposition that attracted over 400 participants. Also produced ErgoCon'96, ErgoCon'97, and ErgoCon'98. Currently producing ErgoCon'99, for June, 1999. Currently planning ErgoCon2000 for June, 2000.
