SUMMER INTERNSHIP POSITION

Major: Mechanical, Metallurgical, or Industrial Engineering, Material Science, Foundry Program.

Grade Level: Sophomore and above, completed minimum 2 years in engineering major by June 2009.

Precision Castparts Corporation (PCC) is a world leader in the manufacture of Aerospace investment castings. We have opportunities in our San Leandro, CA plant for Summer Interns to work in our Product Development and Process Engineering departments.

The interns will assist in the development of our new products, process control experiments, and implementation of lean manufacturing projects.

We require computer knowledge of Word, Excel, Project, and PowerPoint. Knowledge of Six Sigma is also helpful.
