MBA/MS Joint-Degree Program | Rose Orchard
An Interdisciplinary Master’s Degree Program for Technical Management Professionals
The Davidson College of Engineering, in cooperation with the College of Business, has a joint-degree graduate program offering an MBA and a Master of Science degree with an emphasis in Software Engineering (MSSE). The MBA/MSSE joint-degree program is offered as a cohort, where all students take the same classes on an accelerated schedule that is tailored to accommodate Bay Area professionals’ busy lifestyles and educational advancement needs.
The joint-degree program is available at the Rose Orchard Tech Center in San Jose. Each three-unit class is eight-weeks, meeting one evening weekly and two Saturdays for ten class sessions in eight weeks. Classes are delivered year-round in three terms: Spring, Summer, and Fall.
Students will complete 18 courses with a total 52 units of graduate study in both Business and Software Engineering. Students will graduate from the joint-degree program in three years acquiring two Master’s Degrees, an MBA and an MSSE.
