Accelerated Joint-Degree Programs

GES's Off-Campus Programs offer two types of joint-degree programs: the MBA/MSE with emphasis on Systems Engineering; and the MBA/MS Software Engineering (MSSE). Graduates of the joint-degree programs will obtain two graduate degrees and diplomas, an MBA and MSE or MSSE.

Each joint-degree program takes approximately three years to complete with a total of 52 units of graduate level courses in both Business and Engineering. Six courses are offered a year and eighteen courses for the entire joint-degree program.

Each three-unit course runs eight weeks with eight weekly evening sessions and two full-day Saturday sessions. The advantage of this accelerated format is that students can complete two graduate degrees in less time, three years instead of four, than a traditional on-campus graduate program.
