CME Listserv Enrollment Instructions

The CME department maintains three listservs for our programs, to allow a quick and easy way for the department to provide important information to students and alumni, or for students to communicate with each other - about job opportunities, scholarships, courses, seminars or other events. The  student clubs also use the lists to publicize club activities.

Any CME student or alumni can subscribe automatically to the lists. Anyone on the list can post e-mail to it. To be on the list, each person needs to subscribe. 

To Subscribe to the lists:

CME Undergraduate Student list:

  1. Go to http://lists.sjsu.edu/mailman/listinfo/cme-undergrad
  2. Enter your email and name in the spaces provided.
  3. You should get a welcome message from the list.  If you do not, check your “Junk Mail” folder to make sure you are not filtering out the list messages.

CME Graduate Student list:

  1. Go to http://lists.sjsu.edu/mailman/listinfo/cme-grad
  2. Enter your email and name in the spaces provided.
  3. You should get a welcome message from the list.  If you do not, check your “Junk Mail” folder to make sure you are not filtering out the list messages.

CME Alumni list:

  1. Go to http://lists.sjsu.edu/mailman/listinfo/cme-alumni
  2. Enter your email and name in the spaces provided.
  3. You should get a welcome message from the list.  If you do not, check your “Junk Mail” folder to make sure you are not filtering out the list messages.

To Unsubscribe:

You can remove yourself from the list or change your email address at anytime.  Go to the above website appropriate for the list and scroll down to the bottom for the space to unsubscribe an email address.
