Chemical and Materials Engineering Laboratory Facilities

The Materials Characterization and Metrology Center is now available for student, faculty and external users.

The Microelectronics Process Engineering Laboratory is available for student, faculty and external users. Students enrolled in MatE/EE129, MatE/ChE166 or MatE/EE167 use this laboratory.

The Biochemical Engineering Laboratory is available for research students and students enrolled in ChE 194.

We also have laboratory facilities for chemical engineering unit operations, mechanical and electronic materials properties measurements and  metallography.
