Wilson, San Jose State University and Becky Hooey, Monterey Technologies,
Inc.
Bios:
Becky Hooey is a Senior Research
Associate at Monterey Technologies
Inc., and serves as a principal investigator in NASA's Human Centered
Systems Lab. She is a member of the NASA team that designed and
evaluated the Taxiway-Navigation and Situation Awareness System
(T-NASA), a set of cockpit displays for airport surface operations.
John Wilson is completing a MA degree in experimental psychology from
San Jose State University. He is a research associate at NASA Ames
Research Center, Human Factors Research and Technology Division.
Currently, he is conducting research on display concepts for surface
operations, including Head-up Displays.

is free and open to the public. BACHFES programs are not audio- or videotaped,
and taping by attendees is not permitted.

eBusiness products. You could become part of our experienced multi-disciplinary
UE team, working with development,
strategy, and sales to create user-centered Web-based business applications

Qualifications:
* Proven strong technical design skills.
* Experienced leader of the development of relational database applications
with a solid foundation in both traditional waterfall development and
rapid development methodology (including prototyping experience).
* Expertise across the majority of the PeopleSoft 8 development toolset
(and at least some knowledge and understanding of the areas that you're
not an expert in). The point is you'll have to be well aware of the capabilities
of the full PeopleSoft bag of development tools tricks.
* Expertise in user interface development for web-based applications,
including self-service.
* Experience with user-defined rules processing engines.
* Solid applications integration experience.
* Project planning skills.
* Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.

5. About BACHFES
BACHFES is comprised of HFES members in the Bay Area. The Chapter provides
a forum for members to exchange information and ideas on human factors
and ergonomics issues. The BACHFES chapter holds regular meetings, publishes
newsletters, sponsors events and special activities, and provides annual
reports and business meetings for group members, as well as to the HFES
society at-large.

6:00 to 7:00 PM on the same day as the local chapter meeting. Please attend
