Community College and High School Transfer Information

Central California and Silicon Valley are in need of university graduates who want to work in technology and aviation-related fields.  University studies in these areas are fun and rewarding, and lead to great careers that pay well.  Employment rates for our graduates are excellent. Your community college is a great place to start those studies, and the Department of Aviation and Technology has articulation agreements with nearly every area community college.  Please contact us to meet with an advisor and have your courses evaluated for transfer.

The brochures below cover only our nearest geographic community college partners and may not be completely up-to-date.  Institutions are changing their courses every year, so be sure to check the CSU systemwide articulation website for the latest and most accurate transfer and articulation information (links next paragraph)

SJSU has made agreements with most California Community Colleges to accept General Education and major courses. For more information, please click here to go to the SJSU Articulation web site, and www.ASSIST.org for the California State University systemwide articulation and transfer website.

For a convenient transfer bulletin (see paragraph 2 above) describing our programs and the courses you will take at several nearby community colleges, click on these links:

We encourage you to visit us or discuss your choice of programs with an advisor.  You do not have to make this choice until you transfer to SJSU. Contact an advisor by calling the department at 408 924-3190.
