Student Activities & Clubs

The Department of Aviation & Technology has many student clubs and organizations for its students. Each of these clubs has a special focus and encourages student participation. To learn more about these organizations, please click on the links below.

•     Alpha Eta Rho (AHP) 

•     American Association of Airport Executives (AAAE) student chapter.

  AAAE is the largest professional organization for airport executives in the world, representing

  thousands of airport management personnel at public use airports nationwide. The American

  Association of Airport Executives' primary goal is to assist airport executives in fulfilling their

  responsibilities to the airports and communities they serve.

•     SJSU Precision Flight Team
•     Women in Aviation club (web site under development)
•     Society of Manufacturing Engineers SJSU chapter. Each year, the SME student chapter participates in the Westec competition. A complete summary of SME activities and wins up to 2003 is on this web site:
