Students are required to complete lower division science courses with laboratories (2 units of chemistry lab and 3 units of physics lab).

Students are required to complete a minimum of 5 units of engineering laboratories in which students conduct experiments (ENGR 200, 206, 300, 302, and 430).

1. All students are required to pass chemistry and physics courses.

1. Advising and graduation audits

  • Course loop
  • Curriculum loop

2. Students agree (with an average score of 2.0 or less) that they have attained this outcome in their courses (e.g. 300, 302, 430).

2. Student course surveys for ENGR 300, 302, and 430.

3. At least 70% of the faculty agree that our graduates have achieved Outcome A.3.

3. Faculty outcome survey.

4. At least 70% of the graduating seniors agree that they have achieved Outcome A.3.

4. Student exit survey.

5. At least 70% of the alumni agree that they achieved Outcome A.3.

5. Alumni survey
